Cozy Color is built for families and is designed to limit data collection. This generic policy explains what information may be handled when someone uses the app or contacts support.

Information Stored On Device

The app may store child profile names, avatar choices, colouring progress, saved artwork, and app preferences locally on the device. This information is used to make the app work and is not automatically sent to us.

Information You Choose To Share

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any details you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to the request and improve support.

Generated Content And Online Services

If an online generation or support feature is enabled, prompts, images, or related request details may be processed by service providers only to provide the requested feature. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or support messages.

Children's Privacy

Cozy Color is not designed to collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe a child has sent personal information through support or another optional communication channel.

Analytics And Advertising

Cozy Color does not use third-party advertising identifiers in the app. If analytics are added in the future, this policy should be updated before release to describe what is collected and why.
